Training:

The training follows the adult-learning methodology and is a combination of theory and practice.

The training is dynamic, interactive and is designed following the latest models of adult learning, in classes of no more than 25 persons. Each module is followed by staging concrete situations to enable the participants to exercise what they learnt. Candidates participate in practical work, group work, and situation simulations and exercises include video material of actual situations, concrete examples and Q&A sessions.

Candidates receive workbooks and handouts, copyrighted by the Protocol School of Washington ®and a diploma/certificate depending on the format of the training.
